Questions, feedback, a character you would like to see written, or a request about your information all arrive in the same place. Messages are read by a person and answered in the order they come in, usually within two working days.
If you are writing about privacy, please say so in the first line so it can be routed correctly. If you are reporting something that felt wrong in a conversation, include roughly when it happened and which character you were talking to; that context makes a real difference.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or the personal information of anyone else. We will never ask for them.
