- Cycleai is available to adults aged eighteen or over. If you are under eighteen you must not create a conversation or otherwise use the service.
- Every character presented on Cycleai is fictional. Names, biographies, portraits and personalities are invented and do not depict, represent or imply any real individual.
- Portraits shown alongside the characters are illustrative and are used only to give each fictional personality a consistent visual identity.
- Conversations are generated automatically. Replies may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent, and should not be relied upon as statements of fact.
- Cycleai is provided for company, entertainment and creative writing. It is not a source of medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
- The service is not a crisis line. If you are in danger or in urgent distress, contact your local emergency services or a recognised support organisation immediately.
- You agree not to use Cycleai to produce, request or distribute unlawful material of any kind.
- You agree not to request sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a person presented as a minor. Such requests are prohibited without exception.
- You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any real person, organisation or public body.
- You agree not to attempt to identify, recreate or represent a real individual through a character conversation.
- Automated access, scraping, bulk extraction of content and any attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the service are prohibited.
- You must not attempt to bypass, disable or reverse engineer any technical measure protecting the service or its content.
- You are responsible for anything you submit through a conversation or a form, and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
- You must not submit sensitive personal information, financial details, credentials or the personal data of third parties into a conversation.
- All text, layout, artwork, character writing and branding associated with Cycleai remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Any licence granted to you is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to ordinary use of the service as intended.
- Features, characters and content may be added, changed or removed at any time without prior notice.
- Access may be suspended or withdrawn where these terms are breached or where continued access would create a legal or operational risk.
- Availability is not guaranteed. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failure or reasons outside our reasonable control.
- The service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
- Links to external destinations are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
- Personal information is handled in accordance with the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
